Terms of service

These terms cover the ProofBolt Studios Shopify app provided by Proofbolt LLC. Installing or using the app means you accept them, along with our Privacy policy and Data processing agreement, which is part of these terms.

The service

ProofBolt Studios adds designers to your store that let customers design custom patches and sheets, see prices, add them to your cart, and reorder. We provide print and cut files for each order. You're responsible for your products, prices, fulfillment and your dealings with your customers.

Plans and billing

The app has one plan, $99 every 30 days after a 14-day free trial, billed through Shopify. There are no order fees or usage charges. You can cancel your plan in the app at any time. Custom (single-store) versions of the app may be billed separately by agreement.

Your content and your customers' data

You and your customers keep ownership of uploaded artwork and designs. You give us permission to process them only to provide the app. We handle customer personal data as your processor under the Data processing agreement, and never use it for marketing.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attack or overload the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features; we'll tell you in advance about changes that reduce what your plan includes.

Liability

The app is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending

You can uninstall at any time. We delete your store's data as described in the Privacy policy. We may suspend the app for a store that breaks these terms.
